Yoga Pilates
Yoga-pilates was introduced in 2013 by Mrs K. Waters-Frank and Mrs A. Sewnarain. Yoga-pilates is an alternative physical activity for learners. The exercises are a combination of classic yoga positions combined with effective core muscle movements of pilates. Learners have been shown ways of stretching their major muscles, including back, neck and abdominal toning and strengthening. Flexibility of the spine and joints is also key. Learners are able to improve their overall physical well-being through Yoga-pilates.
The club meets on a Tuesday afternoons between 14h30 and 15h30.
