Dance Fitness
Dance fitness is not only a cardiovascular workout, but also a fun way to relieve stress and anxiety, to build confidence and strengthen coordination. The class is a unique blend of school classics, contemporary pop and Latin American music. It is infused with salsa and Kizomba style dance moves to create rhythm.
