Fit for Life
This club is aimed at promoting a fun and exciting way of exercising. There is a variety of activities like Aerobics, Taebo, Power Walking and Line Dancing. These activities also aim to improve all-round fitness and awareness of incorporating healthy activities in our everyday life.
The club trains on Tuesday afternoons from 14h30 to 15h30.
